AWARE
Most people never question their thinking.
They operate from default narratives:
assumptions, beliefs, interpretations and stories that feel true, but often aren’t.
This is where the loop begins.
Becoming aware means:
- noticing your automatic thoughts
- recognising the patterns you repeat
- separating what’s real from what you’re telling yourself
Without thought awareness, nothing changes in your life. The loop goes on.
With awareness, everything becomes possible. You are in control.

EXAMINE
EMOTION
Your emotions are not the problem; they are helpful signals.
Frustration, anxiety, disappointment, anger…
These are not things to suppress or avoid.
They are indicators that:
- something matters
- something feels off
- something needs attention
Instead of reacting to emotion, you learn to:
- pause
- understand what it’s pointing to
- use it as information, not instruction
When you do this, emotion becomes useful, not overwhelming. And you become mentally stronger.

ACTIONS
Most people don’t choose their actions.
They react.
They act from habit, pressure, or unexamined emotion... and then wonder why nothing changes.
This is where control is either lost or reclaimed.
Selecting your actions means consciously:
- interrupting reactive behaviour
- choosing responses that align with what you actually want
- acting with intention, not from impulse
This is the shift from:
autopilot → conscious choice
